This is the latest, revised Kindle edition of a book I wrote some years ago when I taught extensive workshops about understanding dreams. Over the years it has sold thousands of copies. Dreams really can help you in practical ways--with relationships, health issues, work problems--all the things we deal with in our daily lives.
No book can give you a quick, accurate interpretation of your dreams. They are your dreams. Only you can figure them out. But it helps a lot to have a guide. This book is that guide. It contains many examples that show how to do it, worksheets to help you along the way and tips and exercises that will get you remembering and interpreting your dreams in record time.

About the Author
I'm a former Marine and musician. My first book was a Sword and Sorcery novel, "The Bane of Kanthos", published as an Ace paperback in 1969 under the pen name of Alex Dain.
I live in Northern California in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains. I like riding old, fast motorcycles, sipping Barnados rum and playing guitar, usually not at the same time.For many years I taught retreats, workshops and groups focusing on dreams and other avenues of self-discovery. Now I concentrate on writing. I write action/adventure thrillers, available on Amazon. WHITE JADE is the first in a series featuring the PROJECT, a covert counter-terrorism unit. It's Real Dream Interpretation At It's Best

I have loved looking at dreams for over 15 years. I found the dream dictionaries to be really bogus. Dr. Lukeman's book is the best book about dreams I have read. The first part of the book teaches you about understanding your own dreams. The second part is filled with dream examples. I learned so much from this book especially about looking at symbols and finding out what they mean. He explains how every dream has a message and sometimes a dream even suggests an action for you to take. This is a great book.

The BEST book about dreams.

This is the best book about dream interpretation that I have ever read. It is much more useful one of those dream dictionaries that takes dream symbolism and gives it a general, usually useless, definition. What Your Dreams Can Teach You, actually shows you simple ways to discover your own personal dream symbolism, which then makes interpreting dreams much easier. I look forward to remembering my dreams now so I can use the exercises in this book to find out what they are really telling me. I have learned a lot from this book, and I recommend it highly.

Good Dream Interpretations.

This book is very thorough in its interpretation of dreams and even includes a worksheet that I unfortunately did not have access to since I purchased the Amazon audio. I would give the book 5 stars and the audio version only one star because it skipped constantly so that I missed some important information.
