A very compelling presentation of the EU movement.

I've just finished reading "The European Union and the Supra-Religion". Rob Congdon does a very good job of providing a holistic, biblically based analysis contrasting human government with God's divine plan. In particular, his presentation of the EU model and its underlying principles and forces is very thought provoking and compelling as he compares it to early human efforts to establish worldwide government apart from God. Overall, a very good read.

Putting the Pieces Together: Politics and Religion

In the interest of full disclosure: a relative of mine has written this book. He has an engineering degree and a theology degree. Both disciplines contribute to his careful treatment of a rather ambitious topic. As a dispensationalist, he sees history as linear and heading to an ultimate culmination in the plan of God. Although the author is an American, he has lived overseas for an extended period in the past and has traveled extensively. Our modern world is politically global rather than national. The discerning individual looks beyond the borders of his own country. I recommend this book for anyone interested in a conservative Christian's take on the EU.

Good Book on the End Times Religion & Government

This is an excellent book that will appeal to those of us who accept a dispensational view-point and are looking for the soon return of Jesus Christ.
